Collating is an essential component of virtually all multi-component projects, and Sumi provides traditional and dynamic, high-speed collating capabilities. Traditional kitting includes pulling physical items from inventory and then either assembling manually or automatically using our intelligent inserting equipment. Dynamic kitting includes a "virtual" inventory of items that are configured into a kit using our Online Order Entry System. As part of a fully integrated supply-chain solution, our kitting and assembly services increase the efficiency by utilizing high speed, intelligent inserter capabilities that read a small, discreetly placed bar code to ensure the correct match to the recipient.
