As a family owned business, the two Co-Presidents, Roland and Michel Sumi, are committed to four things: their clients, their employees, quality and serving their clients in a way that exceeds their expectations.

For this reason, they’ve have long term employees who are part of the Sumi Family. Here is a little bit about just a few of the great members of the Sumi Team waiting to service your printing needs:

Roland and Michel Sumi started the business in February of 1987 with the vision to provide a one stop shop to meet their clients’ needs. After over 20 years in business they continue to strive daily to make each and every client confident that their project is being taken care of and will be delivered as promised – every time. The combination of their educations, one with a degree in Business Administration and the other in Industrial Engineering, along with their combined skills and experiences enable them to effectively manage their business with a common goal – to service the client so that they trust Sumi and come back.

In charge of Customer Care is John Castillo. John started his career in printing while working a small press at Wilson High School. A friend later told him about Sumi and he joined the team in 1993. After starting as a Tab Machine Operator, John has risen to play an integral role as the Manager of Customer Care. He and his team of Customer Specialists pride themselves in caring for each customer’s job as if it was their own. John has set the tone for exceptional Customer Care. He and his team demand that projects are executed with care and that there is carefulness in the execution -- all the way to delivery to the client.

Steve Broomhead joined the Sumi Team in 2004. As the Key Account Executive, Steve took the position as it was a new challenge for him to be in sales. He knew he always had the ability to speak with people and find a way to help them define their needs and to provide them with the right solution. So he thought that these would be good traits to bring to the position. His clients constantly praise his service level and Steve always responds to their compliments in the same humble manner, “Thank you for the opportunity.”

Mary Mussard joined Sumi after she experienced their exceptional service level as a customer. As Executive Vice President, Mary’s background in Marketing, Operations and General Management help her to be an integral part of the executive team. She drives initiatives that will enable more and more people to experience Sumi. She knows from personal experience that Sumi is a provider like no other and finds satisfaction in knowing that with each new client comes the opportunity to exceed their expectations.
